Cons
- The salaries are so below the market. Every year they hire junior with less salary.
- The office is old, and the chairs are trully painfull to your back.
- Old technologies.
- You work for the same client for all your stay at the company. Even when they send you to the client's offices, you have to return to the main offices in less than 2 years in order to avoid the client to be forced to hire you. Yet you're still working for the same client.
- They don't care if people leave because they ask for a (reasonable) raise and they deny it.
