They really do believe in their motto. They believe in giving promotions from within the company before hiring outside. The pay is average to above average for most positions compared to other local agencies. They pay for all required training and are willing to train the "right" candidate with no prior experience which is a huge plus. Great Clients and huge opportunities to work in many different settings.

There is, at times, a disconnect in the communication somewhere between the main office and homes and/or locations served. Work/life balance can be hard to achieve in some positions and/or locations....but not all of them.

Family business that cares about their employees. I learned so much for Joe and Jim Burns. Best job I ever had.
