Pros
-you can get a 50% on food if it does not include steak
Cons
-you get terrible hours, when i started i got 5/7 days with 6 hours on the average per day but after 2 months they cut me down to 2 days with one day having 6 hours and one day having 4 hours.
-if you get something wrong on an order or if someone doesn't stop by to pick up their order they make you pay the full amount of the meal, which is outrageous since meals are $14+
-you don't get breaks unless you work more than 9 hours
-there are some members who are closely related to one of the owners so they get more privileges than the rest (ex: if a waiter, they get double the amount of tables the other waiters get)
