Inept" top-down leadership." Short staffed, poorly "run," chaotic, disregard for staff needs, dirty, questionable neighborhood property and people safety, being ordered around and they make you feel as if you don't matter. NO Electronic Health Records or Integrative systems! It's all paper folks, like 1979.
