Pros
They care about their clients a bit more then many similar companies. Competitive pay.
Cons
They claim to offer bonuses but it seems to be dictated by your relationship to the manager more then your work performance. There are too many managers to staff ratio and the will do things lie show up to your house uninvited with a covid test when you try to call in sick or tell you there are no shifts moving forward when you try to set boundaries with your schedule. Or cut your shifts significantly while complaining that they cant cover shifts.
