      Pros

      Zero - this place is what happens when long-term employees become brainwashed. This company is a shell tax loophole for Toyota and nothing more

      Cons

      Cascade Corporation is extremely corrupt. All old white men who have been there for decades. They use Lotus Notes from the 90's. The CEO is a nepotistic hire from Italy where his dad used to work before acquisition. They required a 4 hour pre-employment assessment, multiple onsite interviews, and then ghosted. Extremely unprofessional at every level.

      Going through a lot of technology changes which is challenging, but overall a very good direction for the company.

      Cons

      The correct amount of resources are not always available, leading to overwork and stress.

      I don't have a lot of great things to say about this place as an employer. They seem to have low standards. It's a very flat organization.

      No room for growth. Mediocre to low pay Extremely boring work and company culture
