Pros

Cascade DAFO makes a great product and is focused on bringing their products to everyone that needs them in an affordable way. They offer a great quarterly incentives program for the employees. Our company is very good at allowing it's employees to take time off for vacations and family. Cascade DAFO is also very good at making the right decisions for future opportunities. They take their time to plan future endeavors and make sure that their action items are attainable. The company is very financially stable. There is never any worry about the company going under due to financial obligations.

Cons

Our company has an expensive insurance policy plan for the employees. Adding family members to the plan is next to impossible to afford. When the company is planning future endeavors, they sometimes take too long to make their mind up and over-think the plan instead of just getting started and seeing what problems they run into. Managers have a hard time moving forward and making a decision. There is a lack of structure in management. Consultants are involved in company plans where consultants are generally not allowed. This is typically the case in many aspects of management. Managers are sometimes involved in areas of company decisions where they are not needed or don't know much about the topic being discussed. This comes across as a political move to most other meeting attendees and is a fairly unnecessary, transparent move on the managements part.

Caring management, good starting wage and opportunity to earn more as you learn more. Good benefits and bonus!!

Cons

We work mandatory overtime but some flexibility in starting time.

Pros

Consistent work, that sees constant market growth. Weekends off (usually). Good amount of profit sharing (usually).

Cons

Regular over-time with little notice. Non-Union. Management doesn't feel like a worker ally.
