      Pros

      I have been with the company less than a year, and I received a $600 bonus. All employees who have been a year or more got an $800 bonus, and even temps got something. They were sharing the profits with al of the employees. I have never been with a company that gave a bonus like that to ALL employees. They do seem to care about the people that work here. If you show up and work hard, they treat you right.

      Cons

      It is a tough work environment. The furnaces can make it hot on the plant floor, and it can be a little loud and dirty, but it is a factory.

      Pros

      I work with people who genuinely care about each other. We work as a team and are able to solve problems together constructively. There has been a lot of career advancement opportunities. I've seen a lot of change over the last several years in leadership, but for the positive. A lot of change and growth has happened.

      Cons

      Can be a dirty environment and the weather can be challenging as the plant floor will be hot or cold depending on the seasons.
