Pros
A lot of experience here in terms of the industry, employees are kind, free company lunch once a month, and if you are a "yes-man" this is the place for you.
Cons
Micromanagement in every role here, everyone essentially reports to the same person No bonus - No metrics, targets, or goals for growth (company ran off of feelings/emotions) No opportunity for remote or hybrid roles (management sees "butts in seats" as the solution) Threat of layoffs during holiday season (lack of sales) Very anti-technology (expect to walk into a company from the 1980's) Nepotism is strong among management team No one has ever promoted from here to the next level (manufacturer) Managers will raise their voice and do not like anyone questioning authority or actions
