Cascade treats people with respect and allows flexibility for a family life. There are high expectations but managers are in the thick of it with the employees.

Health Insurance and 401k match isn't as competitive as big companies can be.

I have worked for a handful of other HR teams in the past and can confidently say this is the most supportive and cohesive team that I have had the pleasure of working with. I do not feel overwhelmed in my role and know that I can count on my team to help answer questions if I ever run into an issue I'm not familiar with. Overall, there is a very supportive company culture from managers striving to empower their employees and help see them grow to their fullest potential. Additional Pros: -PTO is given in full at beginning of year rather than accruing throughout, -Remote work opportunity, -Supportive management, -Ability to grow within company, -Heavy focus on promoting from within when possible

The healthcare rates are a little high (this is an increase that many companies have seen in the last few years unfortunately)
