Pros
Cascade is full of a dedicated group of great payments minds with a really nice platform. In my time here, I've seen tremendous progress on a large number of very innovative products and ideas and its something special to be a part of. As a result, employees who are able and willing to proactively improve processes, grow the platform capabilities and identify meaningful improvements are quickly and justifiably promoted whatever rope they need to make an impact. As I write this (May 2023) the company is on the brink of a healthy number of meaningful releases and new capabilities that will just make business operations, new program onboarding and adding new capabilities easier and easier.
Cons
Some bad luck with external relationships has some result looking worse than they actually are.
