Balanced family -work life. Hybrid - 2 days in office and 3days working remote. Profit sharing after 1 year of service. Good insurance

Cons

Make sure that any information is tracked in an email. Arrangements and conditions to be discussed/confirmed through email as often as needed. Things seems to get twisted/forgotten often.
