Pros
Case is a family-owned business that prides itself in treating their team members with respect and fairness. They vet potential employees well and, therefore, have a talented, creative and professional group of individuals on staff. Many employees have been with the company 20+ years. They respect that everyone works at their best when they have the proper work-personal life balance. Team members are expected to work hard but are able to enjoy a relaxed fun environment, and are rewarded well for their dedication and efforts. The company makes every effort to fill vacancies internally before recruiting from the outside; therefore, employees are always given opportunities for advancement.
Cons
I really can't think of anything negative to say about working for Case. Overall they have excellent health insurance, 40lK, flex spending accounts, flexible work schedules, etc., etc...all that one would expect from a quality employer. They are maybe just a little short on the amount of vacation they offer, but that is made up by the way they respect their employees and treat everyone like family.
