- Poor leadership - Only hired externally instead of internally promoting - No idea how to handle conflict within the workplace - No support when learning a new job from upper management, only my direct manager was helpful - The product isn't even a good, and was a stretch at the time to call it "eco-friendly" - Constantly called and asked to do things after work hours - Big sexist vibes - how come the men were treated differently than women? When bringing up an issue with management, my colleague and I were constantly told to "calm down" and "stop being dramatic" when we were calm and were simply trying to come to a solution.

- Few nice international colleagues - Cool office location

- Unfriendly to internationals, did not feel welcome at all. Sometimes, you would be surrounded by more than 5 German speaking people at a table, and they would speak to each other completely in Germany, not even saying Hi, and disregarding your presence. - Lack of proper onboarding. My manager was always frustrated I did not understand things when I never was trained on doing them on the first place. I once heard my manager making fun of me in front of me in German with another mamanger, as they didn't know I could understand a little bit. - Very low salaries, and very little benefits - No clear stratetgy, and chaotic structure
