Pros
They are flexible and have a decent work life balance but you have to be the one to set the boundaries or they take advantage. Small company which leads to getting to know your colleagues pretty well.
Cons
Small company, has its ups and downs. Not much room for growth especially if you’re a woman. Management is slow to make changes and does not take any criticism well.
