Pros
Great training by colleagues allowed me to add several skills and experience to my resume. I learned a lot here which has helped me further my career at different companies. I formed many long term relationships with colleagues, wonderful networking opportunities. The people are genuinely kind and caring.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations regarding how much time and effort was needed to perform job responsibilities. Basically worked two separate jobs while only earning one salary. I devoted far more than the 40 hour work week in an effort to succeed however, still felt like I was set up for failure. Discussed my concerns and experience with management several times only to be let go due to honest feedback provided to company on surveys that management requested all employees participate in. Far too many required meetings also reduced productivity.
