Most of upper management is very easy to get along with. The owner of the company gets involved, will help out with personal problems (to an extent). Depending on your job title and how long you have worked there, you get a company car, cell phone. More leeway than less when it comes to taking a day off or changing your schedule... but the less you work, the less you make. Great benefits are included The harder you work the more money you can make
Cons
Most people work 60+ hours a week You can get very early warning before you have to go on a business trip out of town. Its very hard to get promoted, but you will learn a lot if you take the time and talk to your manager or co workers.
