      Pros

      Upper management thinks they should promote only based on tenure and not on skill set. You have people as managers who can’t manage themselves to drive out of the parking lot accurately. But simply because they have been here longer they get promoted over other talent.

      Cafeteria. Work from home days.

      Its close to my home

      Cons

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
