      Pros

      Good work environment. The store I work at is an actual team. We do our best to get things done.

      Cons

      I have given Casey's alot but last year I only got an 11 cent raise saying I maxed out at what they want to pay KM's but they are always talking about competitive wages, they don't honor that and they always want more without giving more help.

      Its close to my home

      Cons

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
