I have worked at other law firms and this firm truly is the best one I have worked at. Mainly because everyone is super nice and respectful. They have many employees who have been with the firm for 15+ years (which you don't hear of) and the managing Partner is amazing. Flexible and allow me to get the job done without feeling like I am being micromanaged. Great benefits!

Because some people have been there for many years, they are not open to changes and can be negative when new innovative ideas are introduced, some staff are stuck on their ways. Can use more technology.
