      Pros

      When you come to the office in the morning you feel like coming home. The people working at Cash on Go are all awesome and the atmosphere is very good. The CEO is a very inspiring person and the managers, in general, are great. A lot of the usual freebies you find in modern workplaces like free fruit, free coffee, a massage chair, ping-pong table etc. Lots of team events.

      Cons

      The office is getting a bit crowded with so many new hires.

      Thank you for your kind feedback, really appreciated! We understand your concern regarding the crowded office, it´s the unfortunate part of the growing business. The good news is that in August we´ll expand our office with one more room, so it´s getting more spacious again.

      Pros

      The new offices in Tallinn are spacious. There are many professional employees it is a pleasure to work with. The upper management is committed and professional, and have know-how and commitment to continuously improve the company. The working schedule is reasonably negotiable. The company is financially stable and socially responsible.

      Cons

      The middle management used to be quite disastrous and toxic. There have been some staff replacements in middle management and situation has improved dramatically. The staff turnover is above average; however this area has also been improving. The company is not very thoughtful about the employees in terms of monetary compensation. For example I was promised my compensation would be reviewed after trial period, but this topic has been completely avoided.
