Pros
-Most people who work there are sunny, fun and friendly -New Basingstoke Office is beautiful, much better than living in De La Rue Dungeon -Coffee machine is the best I've worked with -Pension is good
Cons
-Salary is bad. "Yearly pay rises" are less than 2%, if you're lucky enough to even get one at all. No bonuses. No movement on salary even when requested (might be due to funding for the department, however) -Very poor cross *and* inter-departmental communication -No reward for extra time or effort; no overtime payment -Little flexibility for WFH or remote working -Not enough meeting spaces -Most Senior Management do not interact with the lower levels of employees -If you get on the bad side of HR, the HR manager will make your life hell.
