Pros

CashKaro has been one of the most rewarding workplaces in my career. The company provides immense opportunities to learn, experiment, and take ownership of impactful projects. Employees are trusted with responsibilities early on, which helps accelerate both personal and professional growth. The work culture is collaborative, and teams are always willing to support each other. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and encourages innovation. Being part of a fast-growing company means there is never a shortage of exciting challenges, and every day brings new learning opportunities. One of the biggest strengths of CashKaro is the exposure it provides across different aspects of the business. Whether it's performance marketing, partnerships, growth initiatives, customer engagement, or e-commerce, employees get the chance to work on meaningful projects that directly impact business outcomes. The organization recognizes and rewards good work, and high performers are given opportunities to grow their careers. Overall, it is an excellent place for ambitious professionals who enjoy a dynamic environment and want to make a tangible impact.

Cons

None at the moment. The pace can be demanding during major sale events and peak business periods, but it also creates significant learning and growth opportunities.

Pros

Every week brings something new - tools, projects & challenges. The learning curve is very much steep, and it genuinely expands how you think. The team is fantastic. Everyone is very helpful, and actually fun to be around. Breaks are spent laughing and talking, which makes the environment feel warm and not just everything around work.

Cons

At times, the onboarding or initial guidance could be a bit more structured. As an intern, you sometimes have to figure things out largely on your own, which is great for learning but can slow you down early on.
