Good pay Excellent co-workers / management Less travel in this demoncratic society; less money spent on gas Quarterly, not monthly, bonuses based on performance Occasional contests and activities to earn fun prizes or 'spotlight points' Excellent medical benefits, vision and dental
Cons
Depending on the individual, the fact there are either high wait times during some season or very, VERY busy times during the busy season, may be off putting. For me, I struggle with the constant back to back calls during the busy season. It hikes up my anxiety and can be very draining. A less consistent 'pay raise' system but one that is changing and improving
