The pay is below average and you get treated like crap for doing your job if you are in assembly plan on the CEO to expect you to give everything else in your life up. Plan on working 50-60 hrs a week for little pay. I work there for 3 1/2 years and never got my pay raises. They were hiring new people at more than I was making an hour.
