      Pros

      The very clever and serious people to work with. Overall positive company behaviours and going in the right direction.

      Cons

      IT SLT are a closed boys club, who think ambushing people on conference calls is the right way to work and in their head makes them real leaders!!!! They come over as childish and hard to trust

      Not a bad culture, flexible working. Average benefits.

      Short sighted exec leadership who whilst claiming to want the company in a new direction, struggle with anything other than short term decisions. This is a company lining up to be sold by their investors, and as such everything feels on hold. Shame, it could be so much betterm
