Work life balance is great. Paid federal holidays off. Generous vacation time.

Not willing to get resources for Spanish speaking customers. Can be viewed as a bit old-school in terms of business.

Great people, minimum pressure, awesome company culture that allows you to learn and grow if that is what you want. Can also float and just get by for many years. They really let you control your own path.

Super conservative. Compensation is not based on knowledge or what you bring to the table, it is based on years of service. Super old school in that way. The pay is honestly the thing I disliked most about the job. Initial pay is good but the trajectory is a long play, certainly not a short one for real compensation.
