Pros

They give you a lot of stuff — free stuff that makes it worth staying

Cons

40K as a salary for phone calls is lower than what most make at a normal place. Worst experience was the leads and managers who’ve been here since day 1 and act like everything is almighty perfect. There’s favorites and you may get fired based on csat scores

Pros

The people on the People team are amazing. The work life balance was fabulous and there was a great culture of trusting that people will get their work done

Cons

The new management is very old school. Removing benefits made it hard to stay when you are the one communicating those benefits to employees.
