-incredible benefits with equity, health care, PTO, fun activities
-an amazing product(s) to support and feel good about what you're doing
-ability to learn and grow in areas that interest you- in no shape or form are you "stuck" doing the same thing everyday- unless you want to
-extremely supportive team members and so far the same with upper management
-upper management open and engaging to hear your ideas/support/recommendations
-working on creating how things should be done, work effectively, be efficient

-having too much transparency with upper management/easily accessible- could become problematic as the team continues to grow
-too.many.meetings- needs to be streamlined for better work efficiency
-quickly growing and onboarding process needs to be streamlined
-self-taught extremely fast paced environment that wouldn't suit someone that needs their hand held every step of the way
