Pros
Okayish people when it comes to support. I bought the entire family benefit package (more than $600 a month for health, dental and vision) and they did not provide any guideline. Had to reach out to ask. Most of their support people are in India, so expect some delay.
Cons
I was doing well at the client company, but suddenly got let go to no fault of mine. It was due to some shady business between Caspex and the client to hire vendors. My Caspex manager on paper was of no help. They really did not care about you, your contract is just another row on the spreadsheet for them.
