None really. I am trying to come up with at least one but oh yes ok, its a paycheck at minimum.
Cons
High Stress, Lower Pay, Must be a mind reader. Good Ideas and expertise are not valued and undermined constantly. Little respect for knowledge. Owner and leadership think they what is best but they are far off the mark. They should listen to the engineers that pay for their expertise so things can run more smoothly. Lack of accountability or transparency. This place is ruled with fear. Screaming and yelling is a common occurrence. Overworked. As a salaried employee you will be expected to work 60 hours a week and if a disaster happens then be required to work even more. Its not a healthy work environment to work in. There is a lack of team or moral here. Steer clear if you want to advance in your career. This place is filled with know it alls and empty promises.
