Pros

Overall there is a good spirit within the company. During the pandemic (2020) we were able to stay strong and rely on each other. We were working as one unit together and were able to have one of the most profitable years Cassida have had in a while. We had a lot of bonding experiences before pandemic started like playing basketball once a week after work, having cultural lunches (employees get to try an international cuisine for free), going to arcades for Christmas Party etc. Back in the day the company also encouraged employees to travel and explore the world, they were willing to cover some of the charges. As we are going back to normalcy, I am excited to see the return of those things.

Cons

The job will most likely be challenging for you, but it depends on you and how you feel about it. One can think of this as a "con", and the other can think of it as a "pro".

Pros

Great job, Great experience, they let you take the lead. Management lets you try and fail, which is tough... they rely more on your drive than your background or experience, can be intimidating at times. There are bursts of hyper-productivity, and luls of mundane maintenance.

Cons

Since you take the lead, lead projects, and drive results, its easy to get wrapped up in it, even though nobody is making you, its easy to put in 60 hours in a week, can be tough for a workaholic, as there are always new products, new initiatives, highly recommend a work-life-balance plan

Pros

Consistent working hours, Relaxed working environment. You don't have to talk like a robot, you can be personable to customers. We are very much encouraged to help customers and make them happy. The products we support are good products. Most of the issues are related to PM cleaning, and 90% of issues are solvable by the customer.

Cons

There is a lack of training documents, Most if not all processes are learned by word of mouth, You will have to learn how to do things by asking others and sometimes by yourself. Luckily the people here are willing to help you.
