Unsupportive management - Healthcare Assistant Castel Froma Neuro Care Employee Review

Mostly friendly colleagues good team

No sick pay. particularly bad for a ‘healthcare organisation’ where you have to work with vulnerable people. Means your more likely to come in when your ill and pass on your germs to residents. No bank holiday entitlement (comes out of annual leave). Micromanagement.

Residents were lovely. Some nurses were nice. Other members of staff not so nice to work alongside.

Not nice to work alongside majority of staff. A lot of judgement from older staff members or those who have worked for the company for a while. Senior care members were always judgemental and did not provide the service of care they shoud.
