Cons
1. 0 work life balance - Management expects you to work overtime and weekends as well (No, you do not get paid for your extra hours or get any compensation) 2. No/Delayed Salary - There has been constant salary delays and people does not get paid for last 3 month Salary. 3. Difficult Exit from company - Due to Salary every one leaving the company, those who already left does get their Full and Final Cleared, including people who left for 10-11 months back 3. Bind you under Bonds - You'll be asked to sign bonds which favours the company. 4. It's over for you if you goes against Management, even if you're correct - On multiple ocasions many team has been terminated/ made forced resign because of poor Management. 5. Lack of Accountability - The CEO/Owner does not address the real issue or being transparent with everyone in the organisation, but instead disappears and leave people in confusion. 6. No PF or Health Insaurance - There is no employee benefits, only thing you'll get is delayed (2-3 month) Salary 7. Not recommend this place to a experienced professional
