Cons
Manageress very rude and bullies the staff, depressing and degrading to the staff, puts on a front to customers & the public, if you want to know how the place is really run, turn up unannounced .. like the management would let you. Staff have to carry mobiles on them not personal though the management's so they can check up on them and phone them to say they are being watched (yes you want a job here where they watch you from theyre windows upstairs in theyre house also on the property.. talk about trusting your staff or treating them nicely) or to be told someone is coming down to view so run around and make the dog excited, isnt this putting on a show, let the public visit when they want to, quick go spray the kennels with odoriser.... your kennels should be nice all the time, not covering cause theres visitors, why did the manager open a kennels??, she doesnt do the work or work with the animals herself most people get a job with animals as they would like to work with them, unless you want a job as a slave and to be unhappy i wouldn't bother.
