Great Start up Environment for the mature engineer. Incredibly smart leaders, dedicated to the cause. Awesome guys to interact with, have a good vision to work for in the Storage space. Great location in the Smith Tower. Great flexibility here for the right employee, Unlimited Paid Vacation policy. Very competitive compensation
Cons
Need to have slightly better incentive program communicated, should start giving more RSU's
