Helpful team and great understanding managers

Use app called planday for shifts and often get changed with no notice

It was good when we had our previous manager Food supplied on shift Staff members were lovely to work with The other supervisors were amazing to work alongside Head of catering was very supportive and if he had anything critical to say, he would always pull you aside and deal with you in a professional manner if he had any issues

Management wasn’t the best and was very unprofessional. Also spoke poorly about everyone behind their backs and never listened to anyone. “They’re right, you’re wrong” behaviour. You’re supposed to get a 30 minute unpaid break but due to lack of staffing you don’t get time for a break..however it’s still docked off your wages. Your opinion isn’t considered HR too friendly with management so any complaints don’t get taken seriously.
