Was a great place to work as an attorney - Associate Attorney Castle Law Group Employee Review

I have been in the Timeshare Cancellation industry for 7 years, and love it. I can't imagine working for anyone else. The fact that we are a christian based organization is very important to me. The constant support and training that i receive is unmatched by any other company i have worked for. They truly care about their employees, and more important, our clients. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work for such an amazing organization.

No windows in my office

The office managers are really accommodating with making up hours if you are sick or have a doctors appointment. The staff does really seem to care about each other and are very supportive during emotional struggles outside of work.

One of the main issues with Castle is that we have so many clients, since we are growing so quickly, we don't have enough staff to handle the mass number of clients. This makes it very hard for us to keep track of all the clients we are responsible for. It is very disheartening when no matter how hard or fast you work it never seems like we can get caught up. It is also a problem when our job descriptions change so frequently we never really know what we are or aren't supposed to do.
