      Pros

      all 3 owners are nice guys the issue is they trust their good ol boy friends to run their business. Mid level managers Are not good.

      Cons

      Management belittles publicly, expect Saturday work every weekend, management won't take responsibility for their own mistakes. Managers like to play games and stir up drama between employees. Everything is all bout reports instead of results. They fudge reports and praise the suck ups. Main office doesn't know what a correct PO is. This is the worst employer I have ever had.

      Pros

      Working at this company has been a very positive experience and an excellent place to grow professionally. The leadership team encourages development, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibility.

      Cons

      Can get fast-paced during busy seasons. Some processes could be more streamlined.
