      By far, the best work culture I've experienced in my career. Tons of support and collaboration, yet, you have the autonomy to preform the job you were hired to do.

      Pros

      Working fully remote has been a huge benefit for both productivity and work-life balance. Everyone I work with is incredibly kind and smart, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Work is not stagnant. I learn something new everyday and it is rewarding both personally and career-wise. I can see myself growing here long-term. Clinical research is meaningful work, and I believe Castor is moving in the right direction.
