Everyone is a bully and if they want you gone, then they will make you feel awful and unwelcome. It feels like a middle school. Good luck if you get sick, holidays arent paid and if you dont work an additional day that week to make up for the missed time then you are at risk of losing your benefits because you didn't stay above the 35 hours to be considered full time.
