Pros

I've been part of other great companies - and I can honestly tell you that I haven't been part of a team with more passion for what we do than here at Catalent. This is a place that understands its purpose - to help improve people's lives - and the people that stay are the people motivated to make a difference in this world in some shape or form.

Cons

We have to ensure everything we make is safe for the patients to take - people's lives are at stake. this adds significant pressure to the environment. It's necessary given the potential results if we get it wrong. Accountability, resiliency and the ability to handle pressure are necessary skills to thrive here.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Cons

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
