Pros

On site cafe is hit or miss.. mostly miss. Food costs are reasonable though. Good PTO but still always want more :) especially when you work somewhere like this

Cons

Extreme nepotism and sexism in promotions and opportunities. Managers and directors are often married to other managers and directors. They socialize together, been to each other weddings, their kids go to school together. Good old boys club is rampant. Men can act unprofessionally, tell off supervisors and they are hailed as "great leaders" and "keeping it real" if women act that way, they are abrasive and bossy. Men can take long lunch break, over commit to projects they don't finish on time and they get "exceeds expectation" in their reviews. Women work twice as hard and get none of the credit. Take a short break and your supervisor gives you the stink eye. The truth is it's a deeply ingrained "good old boys" club and you're not invited.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Adequate amount of PTO and suitable medical benefits and 401K. Co-workers were helpful and good resources when needed.

Cons

Difficult to receive promotions, as site GM, HR, and Global have to approve. No/very small annual increases. Departments need to hire additional support; again, difficult to get management and global to approve, thus a lot of turnover. Site directors/managers had conflicts between departments. Some would intentionally undermine other department heads if it suited their interest. Two directors have personal relationship, which seems to be conflict of interest.
