Pros

The Clinical Supply Services division has a global span, allowing clinical trial support across national and continental borders. This coverage allows the company to manage customers trials regardless of geographic parameters of a study.

Cons

The management repeatedly has been less than honest with its employees, especially regarding acquisitions. The routine nature of buying a company and then closing the acquired facilities, without regard for the loss of capacity & human capital creates an unpleasant work environment. The wasted expense of buying and disposing of facilities also seems to be a short-sighted approach to fiscal management.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Adequate amount of PTO and suitable medical benefits and 401K. Co-workers were helpful and good resources when needed.

Cons

Difficult to receive promotions, as site GM, HR, and Global have to approve. No/very small annual increases. Departments need to hire additional support; again, difficult to get management and global to approve, thus a lot of turnover. Site directors/managers had conflicts between departments. Some would intentionally undermine other department heads if it suited their interest. Two directors have personal relationship, which seems to be conflict of interest.
