Nice coworkers, nice building, normal cubicles, very loud, super distracting, people stay because they’re friends are there. Not a company you can grow with
Cons
The company does not value their employees. They make lots of promises only to deny you of them when expected. The turn over rate is very large. Chances are you won’t see the same face there for long. Do not give fair bonuses to employees at yearly review.
