      Entrepreneurial, innovative, great people without big egos who care about improving, sustainability leader, flat hierarchy, lots of learning opportunities at a growing company.

      Cons

      Recent doubling in size means some growth pains (but also some opportunities). Challenging sector and market turbulence.
