Great knowledge base of all and the time to become familiar with both the process and the position was far more than what I originally to be as this was to replace someone. Everyone helps within other areas other than what their title is; great cross over and integration of talents.

The work load was not consistent within the week nor during a rotation of any other time frame- no contract work nor a consistent or loyal client base. As an employee you are evaluated each day of what you have done lately rather than being part of a family of what you contribute.

Very close knit and caring atmosphere...this company truly is a family. Although it is a struggle to try to grow a company, the leadership group is committed to change and growth. Whatever it takes to make the company better and stronger, period.

The bad attitudes of some of the "old timers" is allowed to continue and fester. Most of the mid-level employees are jerks! Upper management is wonderful, the production staff is second to none, and the office staff suck!
