The company is a small company and something that can limit what they can do.
Cons
I have worked for a lot of consulting firms in my 20+ years as a consultant and Catapult is one of the best. The owner really does his best to make sure that I am take care of if there is a problem. On occasions I have made mistakes and he made it his mission to fix the problem even though it was my fault. You just don’t see that very often. Great company to work for.
