Pros

Management, long-tenured employees, benefits, and overall company culture are fantastic.

Cons

Work-life balance is very poor, Pay is not terrible, but could be improved. The job itself is very consistently negative due to the nature of the products being supported, their development, and the nature of the customers using them.

Casual office and WFH opportunity

Cons

Just about everything else. High pressure, high volume of tickets coming in, working with many important teams without the staff to support the volume, the work environment in office was very weird and I did not enjoy it, so I worked from home most days despite my manager's desire to have me in office. wouldn't recommend this facet of the business to anyone who doesn't have a wild passion for product/tech support - it's not how I would chose to get started in the world of professional sports if that is what you are after longterm
