      Pros

      The potential of working for he fastest growing tech company in Europe. Exposure to the fascinating world of auctions for extraordinary objects.

      Cons

      A founder and CEO who is too involved. A small and inexperienced management team. No belief in the brand. No regard for their employees. Terrible communication. No business plan or shared vision. A 'don't think, just do' mentality. An international company that can't see past the Netherlands.

      Pros

      Amazing experience, the people are friendly, patient and always willing to help out. It's a place of passion. So many areas to dip in and learn new things. LEGO, Pokemon, Toys (Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons), Video Games, Minerals, Fossils... you name it.

      Cons

      Work can get chaotic and convoluted at times, but it can be navigated and understood with enough patience.
